A diverse selection of contemporary honest cooking, using local suppliers, influenced by the inspiration from our trips to the Levantine countries. Saffron gin, produced in a traditional still pot, the gin is made to a colonial Indian recipe that contains nine fresh botanicals with notes of juniper and orange.

Gin Mare, a Spanish spirit inspired by Mediterranean flavours with notes of Arequipa olive, rosemary, thyme and mandarin. It develops herbaceous notes with juniper being prominent.

Monkey 47 Gin has a pronounced penchant for unique aromas with 47 botanicals like pomelo, dioica from the Black Forest in Germany, with aromas of berry fruits to citrus.

Rock Rose Gin, from Scotland, the earthy juniper will give way to lemon sherbet before a nice jammy flavour develops thanks to the blueberries and rowan berries.

Copperhead Gin, named after the alchemist ‘Dr. Copperhead’, who was after the elixir of life, made in a copper pot still and infused with five botanicals like orange peel and coriander.

Portobello Gin, this gin is hand crafted with nine botanicals with flavours from orris root, liquorice and cassia bark which gives a fresh taste to the palate.
